Clients reviews about Wiking Plumbing & Heating

We’ve now completed five bathrooms with Wiking, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every single project has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, with real attention to detail and a flawless end result. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and they consistently deliver exactly what they promise. Just as importantly, the team are genuinely lovely to work with—professional, reliable, and always helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality finishes with great customer service, but they manage it every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top-class bathroom renovation. ~ Marie S

Wiking redid all our plumbing downstairs for a new extension and kitchen and updated existing pipeworks for the entire house. Jordan, the owner was the key contact and on site, was very professional, knowledgeable and at pains to accomodate us as we were living at the house at the same time. It has been a few months since the job has finished. We are so happy with everything, and Jordan and his team have been back to sort out any issues, queries, etc. We will definitely do our upstairs with him when budget allows! Great standard of finish, no compromises and total transparency. ~ John P

Jordan fitted my bathroom and did other various plumbing work during a renovation. He is a very considerate and professional guy who did an excellent job from start to finish. He is very clean and tidy, and communicates every aspect of the job. On a separate job Jordan also helped me out at late notice, removing a radiator before some plastering work was due to commence - he did this after the end of his working day which shows his dedication to his clients. Would recommend Jordan and team. ~ Matt S

We recently purchased a house and asked Jordan to relocate our boiler from the bedroom to the loft and install a brand new boiler. From start to finish, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. The work was completed to a very high standard, giving us much more space in the bedroom and a much neater setup overall. We’re really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a quality heating engineer. Excellent service throughout! ~ Meg M

Just wanted to share my experience ….What you always hope for in a plumber is what you get with Wiking Plumbing and Heating .. timely , efficient, professional , friendly … oh and clean and tidy !! But what was even more impressive was that they actually cared about the work they were doing, respectful of my home …. What a great team … shame I don’t have another bathroom needing upgrading .., ~ Michael K

Jordan, Scott and team did a fabulous job fitting a new shower room for us. The best thing about work with Wikings is how nice all the workers were and how responsive the team are (they set up a WhatsApp group for the job which is super helpful). Would recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat ~ georgina c

Fantastic experience with the whole Wiking team. From initial visit and quotation to final product its been really positive. The communication from the team has been brilliant and everything was installed to a high standard. Even working in an attic room through the mega heatwave. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be using again when needed. ~ Gabrielle R
